Just finished Alagille Girl by Nikki Lee. It was beautiful, touching, honest, bittersweet, hopeful, loving, relatable, deep and faithful, all the words written. A moving and heartfelt story that touches the soul, a story still going, still continuing in Nikki Lee.

Thank you for sharing your story Nikki. May God bless you for years to come.

Thank you for sharing your incredibly honest, excruciatingly vulnerable, and heartbreaking yet heartwarming glimpse into your extraordinary life Nikki.

You remind me of the power of faith. To appreciate small precious moments and people we often take for granted. And that we are each perfectly created. (Also how much I miss delish Malaysian food! :p

My 11 y.o. and I usually find bibliographies boring but this is an exception. We couldn’t put the book down til we were done. Nikki, you’ve skillfully taken us on your journey with humour and insight. Highly recommended!

FEBRUARY 2024

What a journey through such a person’s  young Life. I started this book and was unable to put it down. I should have finished it in a couple of hours, but I was back & forth highlighting passages, quotes from the Bible & many medical Terms & conditions.

Nikki a chosen Prophetess of God, Her journey was almost like that of the prophet Job.

How she is still so active & accepted her present health condition is a True Test of her Faith & Beliefs in Almighty God.

We think about minor setbacks and trivial stuff in our lives today, but reading this story is an eye opener.. From Birth to present day (31 years later) & to still have Faith is Astonishing.

I wish her all the best, the Great support from her Family, her two high school friends & the many Doctors & Nurses at every hospital she ever attended.

My Heart is greatly touched by One of her True friends: Sarah, who in Biblical times was a Female Prophet:

This book is a Must Read.

“Be so positive that negative people don’t want to be near you”

Nikki Lee a True Believer in Almighty God

We have known Nikki and her family for about a year and witnessed her health struggle throughout this time. In going through all this, Nikki always maintains her cheerful heart and is a joy to be around. Her book gave a glimpse of her strength in facing all the challenges since the beginning of her life.

Life is an unpredictable ride and we had to go through challenging times last year. During that time, Nikki’s story has been an inspiration and encouragement for us. Thank you Nikki for sharing your story in ‘Alagille Girl’ and we’re praying this book will be a blessing to others.

Nikki! In a little over 100 pages (ebook), you’ve managed to tell a story about family coming together, supernatural healings, the trials and tribulations of being a regular at the Emergency Department, identity crisis in Australia and Malaysia (very relatable btw), brutal school environments, the desire to fit in, and an overwhelming proclamation of faith, hope, and God’s love in your life despite all odds…with photos to boot!

Thank you for your continual persistence. There is power in your story, His power runs deep.

I am up to page 73 of Alagille Girl! It’s really good so far. It’s got this beauty to it that makes my heart and soul feel a sense of awe and compassion and empathy and happiness at how positive and real and hopeful Nikki is and how creative and talented she is at telling her story. It so far is bittersweet yet also has a beauty to it especially of the family parental relationships and  medical team relationships and God centred church people’s relationships with Nikki and the strength of prayer and of love through hardships. Nikki also has a good sense of humour and a realness and down to earth feel and attitude.

I look forward to reading more!

I think you succeeded in communicating your struggles and pain in a very raw and emotive manner. And I appreciated your honesty in your tangibles with God and the solace you found in church.

I hope one day you will be able to share your journey and insights as a speaker on stages. I think a lot of people would be blessed by that.

Dear Nikki, I’ve finally found the time to read your autobiography from cover to cover in one sitting over three hours.

It was an interesting read where you injected sone humour, a lot of sad moments around your myriad health issues and how you didn’t have any friends (can be counted on one hand). I liked how you highlighted some happy moments of life in Malaysia and you honoured your beloved mum contrasting her days as a carefree person with her modelling and beauty queen titles to now learning how to take care of her sickly daughter. I was also pleased about the faith in God that your family placed at the feet of Jesus.

I highly recommend everyone to read your book.

Nikki shares so much about her life and inspirations and challenges. The medical conditions are so well introduced. I don’t believe Nikki and her family should go through all that they had to go through. Nikki shares so much about her life that I meet her deep down in the book. She encourages me to rethink my relationship with God.

Written words of expression reflecting your real life events that you have gone through the years clearly, and emotionally. Truly words of encouragement that inspires others who encounter dreadful drawback experiences through health issues, to carry on with confidence through grace and faith! A big thumbs up for your sincere courage to share, Nikki.

A very inspiring book by a very faith-filled girl who has gone through so much pain and suffering, and is still in the process of more medical procedures. I hope this book will reach many and encourage others who may be in a similar position.

Hi Nikki, it is really great that you got this written and shared with the world. I am sure it will help a lot of people. Everyone suffers one way or another, and some so much more than others. You have been blessed with the strength of faith, grace, and loving family to handle the heavy cross you bear, and so generous to share this with everyone else. Thank you!!
